As are a large number of medical staff here, who are unaware that the Yellow Card System even exists. It should also be noted that it has been estimated only 1% to 10% of adverse reactions are actually reported to VAERS, the US equivalent.

- Home Print version is for small runs at home. Print one side, then feed back into the printer to print the other side. Then cut in half. You will need heavier paper than standard printer paper to avoid ‘bleed through’.
